At Alpicool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Alpicool account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
